Trip to NYC

Let's just say I've been needing to post these pictures for a while now. Last month my friends and I took a Spring Break road trip up to Connecticut. While we were there, we took a day trip to New York City and it was absolutely awesome. I hadn't been there since I was very young, so I was completely tourist-ing it up and snapping a million photos. We ate New York pizza, walked through Times Square, fulfilled my dream of visiting The Plaza, and saw a million other famous places. It was wonderful and exhausting and so much fun. If you'd like to see a video montage of our entire trip, check out that post here!

Definitely one for the books.

Photo Friday

It's been a long week, but a good one. On Wednesday I thought it would never end, and now I can't believe I was in Atlanta a week ago. It's crazy how time flies. For now I want to keep things short and sweet, so here are a few of my Instagram photos from the past couple weeks. Happy happy happy Friday!

My lovely office view. It's not as cool as The Office, but it works just fine.

Throwing it back to Halloween. Gotta Catch 'Em All.

So glad I got to see my best friend and my daddio last weekend. Much needed.

Someone finally spelled it right. ;)

Saying goodbye to Atlanta.

Accessorizing like a pro.

sdw3I would like to give a shoutout to the birthday girl, Victoria, who just started her own blog. Check out Sarah's as well! It's not her birthday, but she's cool I guess. Be sure to follow my social media sites below! And have a marvelous weekend!

Time Flies When You're Having Fun

This weekend I got to go to Georgia Tech Homecoming, and it was quite the fun time. My dad played for GT when he was in college, so while he hung out with his old teammates, I got to stay with Anna! We got to catch up, tailgate, cheer on the jackets, and eat delicious food truck food. It was a glorious time. I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! It went by so fast. Can you believe we're already a few days in to November?

I hope you all are having an amazing week!

This Month

I cannot believe this month is over. So many wonderful things have happened in May! I finished my first year of college, turned 19, saw my brother graduate, and finally started my own blog. Thank you guys for stopping by and reading about what's going on in my crazy life. It means so much to me that you all take time to read & follow & comment. Here are a few more photos from this month, as well as a little video!

It rained on our 10 hour road trip to Maryland.

At the Darius Rucker concert. Not pictured: the old drunk man dancing next to us.

Taking a break from exploring USNA.

Such a lovely view.

The Bay Bridge-- I think we crossed this about 1000 times on our trip.

Kayak discovery: a random field to explore.

A sweet snapshot from graduation. I'm so proud of that guy.

This doesn't do it justice, but the New Moon was big and beautiful!

Last day of enjoying the sun in Annapolis.

The most amazing doughnuts I've ever had. Yum.

SPARKLERS! Because hey, why not?

I put together a quick video of our trip to Maryland! I hope you enjoy.
